The new support site is a next step to take customer satisfaction to a higher level.
With the introduction of this new environment IREX Technologies re-introduces phone support to our customers. There are local numbers in 8 different countries backed-up with a large team of support agents available 24/7. If the agent cannot answer immediately a case record is created which will be answered by email or via call-back.
Note:
The previous support site will be phased out when all open issues are closed.
The access link to the old support site will be available on the new welcome page until all old cases are closed.
No new tickets can be created in the old environment; we invite you to create support cases in the new environment.
